Leadership Summit

Opening remarks at the 2019 Leadership Summit

The Holden Center for Leadership and Community Engagement will be hosting the annual UO Leadership Summit on Saturday, February 21, 2026, 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. in the EMU Ballroom area. This year’s theme is "Infinite Impact: Evolving as a Leader." Students will have the opportunity to listen and learn from influential leaders while cultivating professional relationships with staff, faculty, fellow students, and community partners.

The Leadership Summit is structured to maximize learning, networking, and community building. Our goal is to provide participants with opportunities to network and attend various workshops from campus staff, faculty, and fellow peers. Participants will spend the day in the EMU in a conference-style event, choosing which workshop sessions they would like to attend. There will be a speaker panel with leaders of various leadership experiences, and opportunities to network throughout the event. Due to the interactive nature of the event, we will provide adequate breaks to recharge and ensure participant needs are being met.
